Aramark changes oil for new baseball season

PHILADELPHIA Aramark Corp. said it would use trans-fat-free oils in all of the fryers at the 13 Major League Baseball stadiums whose foodservice operations it runs, starting with the opening of the season next week. The contract-feeding giant also said it would add menu items at several of the ballparks, including sushi at Fenway Park in Boston, chipotle chicken pizza at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia and meatball subs at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore.
