Officials for Bruegger’s said Monday the chain is adding kids’ meals at all 290 of its fast-casual restaurants.The new menu, which began rolling out Oct. 1, features such items as grilled cheese on a whole-wheat bagel, peanut butter and jelly on whole-wheat bread, and a bagel with cream cheese.
