A bankruptcy court judge on Friday approved the auction sale of CB Holding Corp.’s 12 remaining Bugaboo Creek Steak House units for $10.1 million to RRGK LLC. RRGK, a company founded by the owners of Qdoba franchisee Capitol Q Restaurants LLC, bid for the Bugaboo units in Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts and New Hampshire after CB Holding filed for bankruptcy and closed about 18 Bugaboo Creeks in November.
