COLUMBUS Ohio Gosh Enterprises, franchisor or operator of 355 Charley’s Grilled Subs quick-service restaurants, has named Joel Mirman vice president of its legal department.
Mirman previously provided outside legal counsel to Gosh and to Wendy’s International. He will review all legal aspects related to franchises and legal compliance issues, said Charley Shin, chief executive.
Charley’s, best known for its signature Philly Cheesesteak and other sub sandwiches, now has restaurants in 39 states and 11 countries. More than 90 percent of the restaurants are franchised.
