CHICAGO A Chicago alderman has introduced a bill to repeal the city's ban on selling foie gras. The bill was referred to committee for a hearing. In an earlier news conference honoring the city's chefs, Mayor Richard Daley spoke out against the ban's passage, as did chef/restaurateur Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill.
