DALLAS Chili’s Bar and Grill is rolling out an online ordering system that allows customers to place and pay for to-go orders on the chain's website.
The chain said the online tools would make to-go orders more convenient and accurate. Through the system, customers can find a nearby location, place an order, choose a pick-up time, and pay with a credit card.
Chili’s online ordering is available at www.chilistogo.com.
"With this new online ordering tool, our guests now have more ways to enjoy the foods they crave from Chili's," said Michael Furlow, senior vice president of information solutions for Chili's parent company, Brinker International Inc. "This tool creates an environment of forward-thinking simplification and allows us to join the online generation, while enabling consumers to pepper in some flavor with the simple click of a mouse."
Chili's joins other casual-dining chains that allow customers to place to-go orders online, including Uno Chicago Grill, P.F. Chang's and California Pizza Kitchen.
Chili’s is the flagship brand of Dallas-based Brinker, which is also parent to the Maggiano’s Little Italy and On the Border chains. Chili’s has more than 1,500 locations in 29 countries.
