Golden Corral adding cotton candy to buffet

Golden Corral is adding cotton candy to its buffet offerings, said corporate chef Debra Olson. The Raleigh, N.C.-based chain has added machines to test the traditional carnival confection at two units, she said during the Culinary Institute of America's Worlds of Flavor conference this week in Napa Valley.
