Good Times debuts 'all-natural' frozen custard

GOLDEN Colo. Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard is highlighting the new "all-natural" attributes of its frozen custard program in a television ad campaign set to break this month.

The chain said the milk and cream used to make the custard now comes from hormone-free cows that are fed vegetarian diets. The eggs used for the custard come from hens raised on vegetarian feed, the company added.

The all-natural milk, cream and eggs are an extension of Good Times' policy of using all-natural beef for its burgers, the company said.

Good Times' new ad campaign also will spotlight the new sizes and add-ins available for the chain's Spoonbender frozen custard mixed treats. Marketing vice president Bob Turrill said the new options were in response to consumer research that indicated that customers wanted more variety.

Good Times, based here, has 52 restaurants, mostly in Colorado.
