Guacamole shrimp and tostada bites

These shareable bites have been a big hit at this 11-unit chain.

Bite-sized tostada rounds are topped with guacamole, a little chipotle pepper, cilantro pesto and grilled marinated shrimp.

The pesto is a combination of oil, garlic, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and cilantro.

Z’Tejas charges $10.35 for the dish at its locations in Arizona, Texas and Utah, and $10.50 in California and Washington.
