Hardee’s franchisee tests self-serve kiosks

ROCKY MOUNT N.C. Hardee’s largest franchisee, Boddie-Noell Enterprises Inc., said it has started testing self-service ordering kiosks in three of its 345 units. The devices allow patrons to input their own orders, choosing from options that are digitally displayed.
