IHOP Corp. has revamped the 1,278-unit chain's menu with the addition of eight items, including several lunch and dinner selections. Among the new items are savory corn cake pancakes with sweet butter, $5.99; a spinach and mushroom omelet topped with hollandaise sauce and diced tomatoes, $8.99; chicken Florentine crees with spinach, mushrooms, onions, Swiss cheese and hollandaise, $7.99; Garden Stuffed crees with eggs, cheese and vegetables, $6.99; and crees with grilled ham, ...
