LAS VEGAS The Nevada Restaurant Association announced Thursday the official appointment of Katherine Jacobi as president and chief executive.
Jacobi had been serving as interim president of the association since May 2008, when her predecessor, Paul Hartgen, left to head the Restaurant Association of Maryland. Previously, Jacobi served as executive director of the NRA Educational Foundation.
