NEW YORK Jet Blue Airways Corp. is building a new 635,000 square foot passenger terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Jamaica, N.Y. Jet Blue expects to complete Terminal 5, which will feature foodservice and retail outlets and serve as the airline’s flagship hub, in 2008. The company said it currently is accepting requests for proposals, or RFPs, for the running of the operation, which will be located behind JFK airport’s historic Eero Saarinen terminal.
