DALLAS Romano’s Macaroni Grill has introduced a new lunch menu that the chain said is aimed at budget-minded, health-conscious people on the go. The menu includes 13 new recipes, such as Amalfi chicken soup and a prosciutto sandwich on focaccia bread, along with items from the regular menu, the chain said Tuesday.
