Nestlé Professional’s name change, restructuring reflect customer focus

GLENDALE CALIF. —Nestlé Foodservices North America said it will now operate as Nestlé Professional.

The globally managed business said the new name reflects a restructuring to allow for closer partnership with its customers. —Nestlé Foodservices North America said it will now operate as Nestlé Professional.

Nestlé Professional said it would use its global reach and depth of experience to determine the latest consumer and business trends. Utilizing its new, state-of-the-art Culinary Center scheduled to open later this year in Solon, Ohio, and the Global Beverage Center in Orbe, Switzerland, company teams will work with one another and foodservice operators to help tap into those trends and help operators expand their businesses. —Nestlé Foodservices North America said it will now operate as Nestlé Professional.

“Our evolution to Nestlé Professional reflects our commitment to meet the unique needs of our foodservice customers,” said Kathy Lenkov, communications manager for Nestlé Professional. “In addition to offering the trusted brands on which they rely, our goal is to fully understand their business and provide personalized services and solutions.” —Nestlé Foodservices North America said it will now operate as Nestlé Professional.

Nestlé said its customer teams would work closely with foodservice operators and offer creative advice on how to make menu improvements, attract more customer traffic and make operations more competitive. —Nestlé Foodservices North America said it will now operate as Nestlé Professional.
