More than 220 restaurants have been inducted into the Fine Dining Hall of Fame since the awards were established in 1980. The 2009 winners were nominated by past winners and selected by Nation’s Restaurant News’ editors. Criteria for winning include excellence in food quality, gracious and professional service and a memorable ambiance.
