Via Vanti!, an Italian restaurant and gelateria in the hometown of New York’s new governor, has introduced a soup in his honor. The Mount Kisco, N.Y., restaurant named the soup Lago di Cuomo after Gov. Andrew Cuomo with a nod to Lago di Como, or Lake Como, a tourist destination in northern Italy.
