Piccadilly hires Stidham as marketing vp

BATON ROUGE, La. Cafeteria operator Piccadilly Restaurants LLC has hired former Shoney’s executive David Stidham as vice president of marketing.

Stidham has more than 10 years of experience in hospitality-industry brand management, sales and advertising. Most recently he was director of marketing for 290-unit Shoney’s, based in Nashville, Tenn.

Before that, Stidham was regional director of sales for Sega Gameworks SKG and previously served as vice president of marketing for Nashville Shores, a 385-acre family recreation destination.

Piccadilly operates 130 cafeterias, primarily in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
