THE COLONY Texas Pizza Inn Inc. said it has named Scott Richter senior director of marketing and Samuel “Bud” Boswell executive chef and director of research and development.
Richter most recently was a media director with Razor Driven LLC, a Dallas-based advertising agency with such clients as Domino's, Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins.
Boswell most recently was corporate executive chef for Spaghetti Warehouse.
Pizza Inn, based here, operates or franchises 320 restaurants.
