MIAMI The Pollo Tropical quick-service chain has introduced Grilled Steak Fajitas to its menu.
The fajitas, priced at $6.99, include grilled skirt steak, sauteed onions and peppers, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and three warm soft tortillas.
The fajitas, like the rest of Pollo Tropical's menu items, are free of hormones and trans fat, the company said.
Pollo Tropical, based here, has 83 locations in Florida and three in New Jersey. The company also has 23 franchised locations in Puerto Rico and two in Ecuador.
