PITTSBURGH The Pennsylvania Restaurant Association may file a lawsuit challenging the 10-percent alcoholic-drink tax that was passed Wednesday by the Allegheny County Council, said association president Patrick Conway. The measure would hurt the hospitality industry by “scaring away future business in the county and driving future investments to areas outside Allegheny County,” said officials of the group.
