Stero Introduces Ecorinse Series of Warewashers

PETALUMA CALIF. —Stero recently unveiled EcoRinse, a high-temperature system designed to provide operators with water savings and reduced energy costs. Available for the first time in Stero’s conveyor series—the ER-44, ER-44-10, ER-66S, ER-76S and ER76SC—EcoRinse Technology relies on a two-stage final rinse system. Once the wash stage is complete, the product moves into the initial rinse stage, which uses a quarter-horsepower motor to pump 165 degree Fahrenheit, high-velocity recirculated water from above and below. The second stage uses line water pressure to deliver 20 psi of 180-degree Fahrenheit water from above and below. The low volume of final rinse water reduces the electricity required to power the final rinse booster.
