ATLANTA Stevi B’s Pizza, a 35-unit pizza buffet chain, has responded to growing consumer interest in breakfast and brunch by launching a Western omelet breakfast pizza.
The new pizza, which will be on the buffet along with other selections, is made with eggs, green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and a blend of Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheeses, but no tomato sauce.
Buffet meals at the chain cost between $5.29 and $6.29 for adults and $2.99 to $4.29 for children.
Other omelet pizzas will be made to order upon request, such as sausage, egg and cheese pizzas, or ham, egg and mushroom pizzas. The pizza also is available in 11-inch, 12-inch and 14-inch sizes for takeout orders.
“We anticipate our breakfast pizza to win the hearts of consumers who do enjoy deviating from traditional lunch and dinner options. We also expect a great response on the weekends where breakfast pizza will place us into the brunch segment,” Stevi B’s Pizza president Matthew Loney said in a statement.
