CHICAGO Asian casual-dining chain Stir Crazy plans to get a head start on Mother’s Day promotions by proclaiming Sunday, May 4, as Expectant Mother’s Day. The “holiday” will be celebrated at all 12 Stir Crazy locations in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Florida, Ohio and New York.
