Tony Roma’s debuts three courses for under $20

Tony Roma’s has launched a limited-time, three-course meal offer for under $20 per person until Nov. 20.

The casual-dining rib chain’s “Mix It Up” promotion allows Tony Roma’s customers to choose from a menu of appetizers, entrées and desserts. Selections include:

Appetizers: Kickin’ Shrimp, Tavern Chips and Dip, Edge Salad or Onion Loaf

Entrées: Mojo Chicken, Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs or Filet Medallions

Desserts: From the mini-dessert menu, including shortcake with strawberry sauce

“As Tony Roma’s continues to grow, we look forward to consistently providing our guests with new ways to enjoy our food,” said Brad Smith, Romacorp chief operating officer. “The ‘Mix It Up’ campaign is a perfect example of the direction we’re headed.”

The three-course promotion starts at $15, and can be upgraded to $18.

Ken Meyers, president of Romacorp Inc., Tony Roma’s Plano, Texas-based parent company, said, “At Tony Roma’s, we endeavor to provide delicious food and unrivaled service at a price our guests can afford.”

Tony Roma’s “Mix It Up” campaign is the latest multi-course limited-time offer introduced in casual-dining sector. Earlier, Red Lobster offered a four-course, $15 Seafood Feast that drew positive reviews from company executives and analysts this year.

Romacorp Inc. owns or franchises nearly 200 Tony Roma’s restaurants in 21 states and 32 countries and territories.
