Tossed, the fast-casual brand specializing in salads, crêpe wraps and sandwiches, has named Jason Chodash to the post of president. Chodash, who founded the chain in 2004, and most recently served as executive vice president, takes over as president from Eric Schmitt, who will continue to serve as chief executive.
