HVS Executive Search, Nation’s Restaurant News begin 2011 Chain Restaurant Executive Compensation Study

HVS Executive Search and Nation’s Restaurant News join forces once again to produce an in-depth executive compensation study for senior level executives in the U.S. restaurant industry.

The team first came together in 2009 to present the first edition of this report. The new study will be covered exclusively by Nation’s Restaurant News in October.

The study will look at total rewards and provide benchmarking and best-practice analysis related to chain restaurant industry compensation trends.

“Talent management continues to be an extremely important issue,” David Mansbach, partner of HVS Executive Search and an advisory board member for the study, said. “Understanding and setting compensation strategies for senior leadership will be critical for all high performance restaurant companies.”
