High-end steakhouse chain Smith & Wollensky is adding new fall items to its menu beginning Oct. 18 at its nine restaurants.

The Boston-based chain’s new items, with dinner prices, are:

Tuna crudo appetizer: served on a Himalayan salt block; $17

Beef tenderloin trio entrée: Gorgonzola-crusted tenderloin with applewood-smoked bacon, fig demi-glace and Cajun seasonings; $47

“Deconstructed Rib Eye” entrée: USDA Prime rib eye, broiled without the cap, which is separated and braised with shallots, garlic, morels, red wine and veal stock, and served on a grilled baguette with roasted bone marrow; $57

Cracklin’ Pork Shank: Braised pork is fried to crisp the outer skin and served with crème fraîche sauerkraut and spicy “firecracker applesauce”; $35

The dishes will be available for the rest of the year.

Smith & Wollensky, which is owned by Bunker Hill Capital, has begun to step up growth following a several year-long hiatus.
