Alan J. Liddle's duties include research and analysis for the Top 200, an annual three-year look at the U.S. sales, units and revenue of leading foodservice chains and companies. Liddle, who joined NRN in 1984 after working for daily and weekly newspapers and restaurants, also helps develop content for NRN conferences and webinars and reports on operations, technology and food safety. A graduate of Cal State Fullerton, he is married, with sons, 22 and 17.
