Diners looking for healthy fare at restaurants have long been stuck with few choices. Today, less is no longer best. While there are a growing number of health-seeking diners out there, they aren’t ordering more healthier menu items because they aren’t finding enough choices on menus.1 It’s not that diners don’t want to eat healthy—they’re just tired of limited options. So if you want to move some healthy options, offer diners more—more good-for-them versions of their menu favorites, such as turkey burgers, chicken tacos and turkey bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches, and more food on their plates.
