Ruby Tuesday Inc. swung to a loss for the third quarter ended March 4 as revenue fell 3.8 percent with the closure of two dozen restaurants in the period, the company reported Tuesday. The Maryville, Tenn.-based casual-dining operator reported a loss of $7.4 million, or 12 cents per share, from a profit of $2.2 million, or 4 cents a share, in the same quarter last year.
