Anheuser-Busch Cos. agrees to Belgian brewing giant InBev’s $52B buyout offer

ST. LOUIS —Anheuser-Busch Cos., the largest brewer in the United States with 48.5 percent of domestic beer sales, agreed to be acquired by Leuven, Belgium-based InBev for $52 billion.
