Bob Evans Farms Inc. said its chief financial officer, Tod Spornhauer, will step down in January after 19 years with the company. Richard Green, Bob Evans' chief risk and compliance officer, will fill in as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is found, the company said Tuesday.
