ATLANTA Holiday Inn hotels, whose American operations are based here, has switched its house coffee to a 100-percent Arabica brew, certified as sustainable by the Rainforest Alliance. The company said the switch was a move both to support environmentally friendly products and to improve the quality of its coffee.
