PLANO Texas Metromedia Restaurant Group has appointed Alan Gaylin to the new post of vice president of business development.
Gaylin will manage brand growth, development and real estate for the company’s Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern, Bennigan’s Sport, Bonanza, Ponderosa, Steak and Ale and The Tavern concepts.
Gaylin most recently was a consultant to franchisors and previously was president of ALG Hospitality, a Houlihan’s franchisee.
Gaylin currently lives in Phoenix and will relocate to the Dallas area.
