Operators have pick of delivery partners, but is it worth it?

To deliver or not to deliver, that is the question.
 The Oct. 4 issue of Nation’s Restaurant News showcased several chains deploying or testing delivery in an effort to tap into the consumer’s desire for convenience. The same article also profiled a pizzeria operator who is phasing out that service option, saying he felt it increased his liability while reducing his margins.
 So delivery, it would seem, has both its fans and its detractors.
