LOUISVILLE Ky. Mike Cortino has resigned as senior vice president of domestic operations for Papa John’s International Inc., franchisor or operator of 3,015 namesake pizzerias worldwide. No reasons were given for Cortino’s departure.The company said that Cortino’s responsibilities have been assumed by Papa John’s U.S. president Bill Van Epps until a new operations chief is found.
