Results from the 1Q NRN a.m. Restaurant Operators Survey show positive trends

Nearly 100 restaurant executives participated in a short survey covering business trends so far in 2011. Sent to subscribers of NRN a.m., the daily e-newsletter from Nation’s Restaurant News, results were calculated April 19-21, and provide a snapshot of sentiment surrounding sales, profit, industry challenges and hiring trends.
