Tech vendor chosen by Jason's Deli, Arby's' FX4

News

The Jason's Deli chain of Beaumont, Texas, and 51-unit Arby's franchisee FX4 of Scottsdale, Ariz., are using technologies or services from Radiant Systems Inc., Radiant disclosed.

Jason's parent Deli Management Inc. is deploying to its 100 company-owned restaurants and is making available to interested franchisees Radiant's Aloha QuickService Point of Sale application running on the vendor's P1220 and P1520 terminals with C500 order confirmation displays. DMI also will use and offer to franchisees Radiant's eFrequency loyalty program and Aloha TakeOut and Delivery software, according to the Alpharetta, Ga.-based supplier, which added that DMI, too, will implement Radiant's MenuLink back-office application and Aloha Enterprise.com service to streamline inventory, labor and financial management and gain insights into store performance.

"Radiant's financial strength, commitment to its customers and innovative solutions, particularly in the takeout and delivery areas, make the company the ideal partner to help us move our business forward," Deli Management chief support officer Reggie Orchid said.

FX4 will deploy Aloha QuickService Point of Sale, kitchen displays and centralized data management to provide a more seamless interface into the MenuLink back-office system already used by the company, Radiant representatives said.

"Radiant's ability to provide a single-source solution that includes POS hardware, software and ongoing field support will, in turn, help us better support our growing number of sites with greater efficiency," FX4 president and founder Charlie Harmon said. "This translates to better overall customer service and satisfaction."
