The following is a message from Share Our Strength

Chef Bryan Voltaggio of VOLT Restaurant will host a very special dinner on September 27th for Share Our Strength®, a national nonprofit that connects children with the nutritious food they need to lead healthy, active lives. Through its No Kid Hungry® Campaign, Share Our Strength is ending childhood hunger in America by 2015. With strong support from the culinary industry, including the country’s hottest chefs and top echelon restaurants, Share Our Strength’s culinary events provide discerning diners with unparalleled cuisine and fine beverages, while raising funds to support Share Our Strength’s mission.

The dinner will take place on Tuesday, September 27th at VOLT, beginning with a cocktail reception at 6:00 p.m. and followed by the seated dinner at 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $500 per person for the main dining room and $1250 for seats in the Chef’s Kitchen. Tickets are also available for the reception only; from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. for $125. Make reservations by calling 877-268-2783 or visit Strength.org/nkh_events.

Chef Voltaggio has gathered top chefs from around the country to create a masterful multi-course menu paired with exquisite wines. They include:

• Cathal Armstrong, Restaurant Eve, Alexandria, VA

The evening also includes a live auction hosted by one the country's most sought-after corporate entertainers, Billy Harris. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on fabulous culinary and travel items during the evening’s silent and live auctions.
