Aramark Corp. has named Eric J. Foss president and chief executive, the company said Tuesday. Foss replaces Joseph Neubauer, who served as chief executive for 29 years and will remain with company as chairman of the board. Foss previously served as chief executive of the Pepsi Beverages Company, a division of PepsiCo.
