Carson Young, owner of Atlanta’s first food truck, introduced this Asian twist on the classic Philadelphia cheesesteak as a special, but the offering was so popular that it has become a permanent item, and it continues to sell out every day.
For the sandwich, rib-eye beef is marinated in a blend of soy, pineapple and green onions before being grilled and dressed with Sriracha cheese dip and cucumber kimchi. It’s served on a hero roll and sold for $7.
