Menus of Change: The Business of Healthy, Sustainable, Delicious Food Choices
This ground-breaking leadership initiative has been developed by The Culinary Institute of America in collaboration with the Harvard School of Public Health, Department of Nutrition. It is open to those in the culinary, volume foodservice, science, business, and policy-making arenas who influence the food choices of millions of Americans every day. During the conference, there will be a special presentation of a science-based report that will assist foodservice operators in making the right decisions related to promoting public health, protecting the environment, and ensuring business success.
