In August, Bloomin’ Brands, formerly known as OSI Restaurant Partners Inc., returned to the public market.
 The Tampa, Fla.-based company had been taken private in mid-2007 by a group including private equity firms Bain Capital and Catterton Partners. Post-IPO, Bain still holds a majority stake in the company, and Catterton holds a minority position.
