COLUMBUS Ohio Bob Evans Farms Inc. stock surged more than 15 percent on Wednesday afternoon after the company beat Wall Street expectations for its fiscal fourth quarter earnings, which were boosted by reduced cost of sales and tighter labor cost controls.
