VANCOUVER Wash. The Burgerville regional quick-service chain said it has added a $2.99 "natural" hot dog as a promotional item available until Nov. 5. The all-beef dogs are made without preservatives from cattle that were raised without artificial hormones, according to the 39-unit chain.
