DALLAS Chili’s Grill & Bar has launched a promotion aimed at getting college football fans to use the chain's food and logo in their tailgating festivities. As part of the 2008 Tailgate Tour, a team from Chili's will stop at 15 college football games in search of fans incorporating the brand at their parties.
