Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. reported a 47-percent increase in profit for its fourth quarter despite rising food costs and bad weather across the U.S. in December that was expected to dampen results. For the quarter ended Dec. 31, the Denver-based company reported net income of $46.4 million, or $1.47 per share, compared with earnings of $31.6 million, or 99 cents per share, for the fourth quarter a year earlier.
