The Culinary Institute of America debuted Saturday its expanded third campus in San Antonio, which was launched to specialize in Latin cuisine and foster diversity in foodservice. The CIA, which has campuses in Hyde Park, N.Y., and St. Helena, Calif., has expanded its Pearl Brewery facilities from 5,000 to 30,000 square feet and is offering several culinary programs with an emphasis on Latin American cuisines.
