SAN DIEGO The fast-casual Daphne’s Greek Cafe is scheduled to move into Oregon for the first time with the opening of three locations in 2008. In January, two locations are expected to open in Beaverton and Tanasbourne. A third is scheduled to open in Portland in March.The San Diego-based chain currently has 81 company-owned locations in California, Arizona and Colorado.
